Once you schedule an estimate we will come to your house and evaluate the work that you want to have done. We will give you a Proposal including a list of what we will be doing and the price.
Estimate is valid for 30 days from date of issuance. Estimate is for completing the job(s) described as written on the Proposal. It is based on our evaluation and does not include materials and/or additional labor which may be required should any unforeseen or concealed problems arise after the work has started.
When you are ready, call us to schedule the work or let us know when we give you the Proposal. Often the work can begin immediately.
All work is priced by the job, not by the hour! This way you will know what your labor cost will be upfront, instead of being stuck with an unknown hourly bill. We do our best to ensure that our pricing is as accurate as possible, so it is important that we come to your home or business to see exactly what you need to have done. Call us for an estimate – we’re even available for some evening and weekend appointments. And remember the job can often start immediately.
You may supply all materials or you can ask us to purchase and bring materials. Customer agrees to reimburse On Demand Handyman for any materials purchased or supplied for use on the job. Estimates are for labor only; materials are additional. We can often give a guesstimate but no guaranteed material cost. On Demand Handyman provides no warranty on materials and no reimbursement for materials will be made under any circumstances.
Payment in full is due at satisfied, completion of work authorized under the Proposal. Payment indicates customer has inspected and accepted quality and completion of all work performed under the Proposal. We accept personal checks, MasterCard, Visa & Discover for payment of services. On large jobs progress payments may be requested, this would be noted on the Proposal.
In case of concealed or unknown problems discovered during the job, we will stop work, advise you, and wait for your direction and approval before proceeding.
